Please read the conditions that will apply to your booking by using our products.
1) Air Ticket Change and Cancellation Policy (hisgo Thailand)

Cancellation fees (per passenger)
- In case of change and cancellation, please change/cancel at “My page” of this website or inform to our office within business hours.
- The cancellation date is counted from one day before the check in date.
- In case of cancellation due to non-contact, there might be charged separately from the airline.
- If the ticket price is less than the above mentioned cancellation fees, the cancellation fee will be a full charge of the air ticket price.
- Please check conditions and required documents due to entry and departure from/to each country by yourself.
- If there is refund to customers, we will refund amount withhold cancellation fee which mentioned above from paid amount.
- The case of cancellation after booking, we are unable to refund the service charge when you pay by credit cards.
- In case of cancellation caused by customer conditions, the customer must pay fee which goes with refundment.
- If the customer own official passport, please inform us when you make a reservation.
- For our chartered flight, "Air Ticket Change and Cancellation Policy" might be different from above regulations. Please contact our staff or see "Fare Policies" and "HIS Policies" column of each Ticket for details.
Refund conditions after ticketing (if it is different from the above specifications)
- Refunds after ticket has been issued: Not allowed
- Cancellation fee (in case different from the above cancellation fee)
- In case of refund amount is confirmed after finishing adjustment an account with airline. (*It may take 3-6 months for a refund) Changes made by the following reasons, please cancel the booking and make a new reservation.
(Change or correction of passenger name (missed spelling). Or in case there is no vacant seat of the same class in travel dates after request of change.)
2) Hotel Coupon Change and Cancellation Policy
Change and cancellation fee
Change and cancellation fee of hotel coupon will vary depending on each hotel. Please confirm for details on the application screen at the time of hotel reservation, or "My Page" after reservation in this website (hisgo Thailand).
- The cancellation date is counted from one day before the check in date.
- In case of change and cancellation, please change/cancel at “My page” of this website.
- Please pay a cancellation fee in case of not informing cancellation on the day of staying date.
- ”Change” includes change name of guests, type of rooms, number of staying dates.
- The cancellation fee will be charged even in an accident caused by a flight delay or traffic conditions and so on.
- If you will change the staying hotel after booking, please cancel the booking and make a new reservation.
- If you will change the staying date after booking, please cancel the booking and make a new reservation.
- In case of cancellation caused by customer conditions, the customer must pay fee which goes with refundment. (Please note that in case of bank transfer to overseas countries (including Japan), the customer needs to pay the fee of overseas remittance.) The case of cancellation after booking, we are unable to refund the service charge when you pay by credit cards.
- If the customer own official passport, please inform us when you make a reservation.
3) Activities Change and Cancellation Policy
Change and cancellation fee
Change and cancellation fee of activities will vary depending on each activity. Please confirm for details on the application screen at the time of reservation, or my page after reservation in this website (hisgo Thailand).
- The cancellation date is counted from one day before the check in date.
- In case of change and cancellation, please change/cancel at “My page” of this website.
- Please pay a cancellation fee in case of not informing cancellation on the day of joining date.
- ”Change” includes change name of guests, number of guests.
- Cancellation fee will be charged even in an accident caused by a flight delay or traffic conditions and so on.
- If you will change activities after booking, please cancel the booking and make a new reservation.
- If you will change the join date after booking, please cancel the booking and make a new reservation.
- In case of cancellation caused by customer conditions, the customer must pay fee which goes with refundment.
(Please note that in case of bank transfer to overseas countries (including Japan), the customer needs to pay the fee of overseas remittance.)
- The case of cancellation after booking, we are unable to refund the service charge when you pay by credit cards.
- If the customer own official passport, please inform us when you make a reservation.
