The Three Graces Spa is one of the most famous spa centers in Delhi, located in the French-style Hotel Le Méridien, provided by the spa brand "Amatrra". There traditional Ayurveda and modern European spa technology are combined to provide the most effective, relaxing, and mind-calming treatments. The center is equipped with luxury hotel facilities, such as steam saunas, shower rooms, and jacuzzies. Furthermore there are rooms for couples, as well as for Yoga and meditation.

Ayurveda consists of two parts: "Shirodhara", in which oil is being dripped on the forehead, and "Abhyanga", a full-body massage using special herbal oils.

・90-minute course: Shirodhara (45 min) + Abhyanga (45 min)
※The Three Graces Spa usually only offers 60min courses for each treatment.

Guests with transfer option will get picked up 60-30min before the treatment start by an English speaking driver from a hotel within Delhi. After the treatment guests will get dropped off again at the hotel or other specified location.

■ Participation only from age 18 or older.
■ Participants will wear disposable underwear during the massage.
■ Female staff members will treat female participants, and male staff members will treat male customers.
■ Ayurveda is a massage treatment using herbal oils. After the treatment, it can be washed off in the shower room, but some might remain on the body.
■ People with sickness (Fever, skin diseases, diabetes, rheumatism, gout, etc.), as well as pregnant or drunk people are not allowed to participate.
■ It is not recommended to receive a massage on full or empty stomach. Participants should wait at least one hour after eating, and refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages.
■ Intense physical exercises are to be avoided after treatment, and only easy to digest food should be ingested. It is also recommended to hydrate with room-temperature water, herbal tea, or other drinks with only little caffeine.
