If booked in advance, visitors can receive and return the device from H.I.S. staff members directly at the Airport, according to their arrival time. With this easy to use and convenient system it is possible to use WiFi right after arriving. If reserved on the same day, pick-up will be from the H.I.S. Delhi Office.

This Pocket Router enables the users to use Internet on their smartphones or computer whenever and wherever. It is convenient, and surely a valuable addition to every travel to India. One router can connect to up to 10 other devices, and thus friends and family can benefit from it as well.

    -Data Volume: 5GB per day (if the volume is used up, the speed will drop to 2G/3G)

    How to pick up
    Personal hand-over from an H.I.S. staff member at Delhi Airport Arrival Lobby Exit (or H.I.S. Delhi Office during business hours: Monday to Friday 10am to 6.30pm, Saturday 10am to 2pm, Sunday and national holiday closed).

    How to return
    Personal hand-over to an H.I.S. staff member at the Delhi Airport Departure Lobby Entrance, limited to the time 3,5 to 2 hours before the flight. Alternatively returning the device at the H.I.S. Delhi Office is also possible.

1. The Internet connection quality may depend on things like terrain, weather, surrounding buildings, and number of users. Also, there are some areas in India where the network is more unstable compared to Japan or Western countries. Please note that thus there might be cases where the connection might not work at optimal capacity or might not be possible.
2. If more than 3GB data volume are used in a day, the speed will drop to 2G/3G.The data volume will reset at midnight Indian time.
3. Please note that when making a reservation “number of participants” equals number of routers. If only one router is required, please select “1”.
4. In case the router gets lost there will be a penalty of 15.000JPY.
5. In case the router gets damaged, the user might be asked to pay compensation depending on the situation.
6. Participants are required to provide their flight details.
