Morning Sun and Bathing Cruise on Ganges River
Enjoy a wonderful and safe trip on Ganges River on an special private boat!
See the morning sun rising with mysterious glow over the Ganges River, the highlight in the city of Varanasi, and the scenery of bathing Hindus starting at sunrise from a boat.
The boat will first head South, where on the right hand 19 ghats (bathhouses) like the Rajah Ghat can be seen, which often served as shooting locations for movies.
After a brief stop at Harishchandra Ghat, one of the two crematoriums of the city, the boat will turn around and turn North.
It will pass the Nepalese temple Larita Ghat, towers for the god Shiva and goddess Ganga, and more, before stopping at the Manikarnika Ghat with a permanently burning fire, and then returning to the boarding point.
The whole cruise will take about 40-50 minutes.
