Rail Pass Policies
Residential Eligibility
Eurail passes available on this website are for residents living outside of Europe. Residents from the following countries are cannot purchase Eurail passes: all European countries, Turkey, Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia. You are considered as a resident of a country if you have been living in the country for 6 months or longer.
Booking Deadline
Your booking must be made at least 5 days prior to your departure. (Weekends and national holidays excluded.)
Price
The price charged at booking will remain to be the price applied regardless of future price changes due to exchange rate fluctuations. Refunds will NOT be made if prices after you have booked the ticket have been discounted due to exchange rate changes.
Payment
Payment Options: Credit Card, Bank Wire Transfer, Pay at any of our H.I.S. stores (in cash only). Payment must be made within 3 days of booking.
Pass Receipt
After payment has been confirmed, your pass will be shipped within a week (not including weekends and holidays) via delivery service with an additional shipping charge. (Note: Delivery service is limited within <COUTRY NAME>.) Passes may also be picked up at H.I.S. stores free of charge.
Rail Pass Cancellation Charge
The following cancellation charges apply once payment is made.

*Refundable only when completely unused. |
*Cancellation Charge after Validation is Non-refundable.
