Ticket is non-refundable
In case of cancellation, you are able to cancel your ticket through the menu named “Account” or reach us during business hours.
The cancellation date is counted from one day ahead of the departure date.
In case of cancellation due to non-contact (No-show), there might be charged separately from the airline.
Please check conditions and required documents due to entry and departure from/to each country by yourself.
The case of cancellation after booking, we are unable to refund the service charge when you pay by credit cards.
In case of cancellation caused by customer conditions, the customer must pay fee which goes with the refundment.
If you are a customer who is Government Officer holding Official Passport, please inform us when you make a reservation.
For our chartered flight, "Air Ticket Change and Cancellation Policy" might be different from the above regulations. Please contact to our staffs or see "Fare Policies" and "HIS Policies" column of each Ticket for details.
Changes made by the following reasons, please cancel the booking and make a new reservation (Change or correction of passenger name(spell), Or in case there is no vacant seat of same class in travel dates after request of change.)
2) Cancellation Policy of Hotel
Cancellation fees
The cancellation fees of hotel booking will vary depending on each hotel. Please confirm for details on the application screen at the time of hotel reservation, or through the menu named "Account" after completing your reservation.
The cancellation date is counted from one day ahead of the check-in date.
In case of cancellations, you are able to cancel your booking through the menu named “Account” or reach us during business hours.
Please pay a cancellation fee in case of not informing cancellation on the day of staying date.
”Changes” includes change name of guests, type of rooms, number of staying dates.
The cancellation fees will be charged even in an accident caused by a flight delay or traffic conditions and so on.
If you will change the staying hotel after booking, please cancel the booking and make a new reservation.
If you will change the staying date after booking, please cancel the booking and make a new reservation.
In case of cancellation caused by customer conditions, the customer must pay fee which goes with refundment. (Please note that in case of bank transfer to overseas countries (including Japan), the customer needs to pay the fee of overseas remittance.) The case of cancellation after booking, we are unable to refund the service charge when you pay by credit cards.

In case of cancellations, you are able to cancel your booking through the menu named “Account” or reach us during business hours.
Please pay a cancellation fee in case of not informing cancellation on the day of the joining date.
”Changes” includes change name of guests, number of guests.

This plan cannot be changed. The reservation has to be cancelled and a new reservation made.
