Step 1 : Purchase an Exchange Order at hisgo

Step 2 : Arriving in Japan, Present your Passport & Exchange Order to obtain your Japan Rail Pass.

Step 3 : Use JR Pass within the validity date depends on the type of pass you purchase.

Delivery

Refund
|
Once exchanged to JR Pass, H.I.S. won’t be able to give you a refund.

20% of your total amount will be charged for cancellation
