Step 2 : Arriving in Japan, Present your Passport & Exchange Order to obtain your Japan Rail Pass.

Step 3 : Use JR Pass within the validity date depends on the type of pass you purchase.

Delivery
|
We will delivery your Exchange Order by Thaipost(EMS).

please ordering atleast 14 days before departure from Thailand.

Refund
|
Once exchanged to JR Pass, H.I.S. won’t be able to give you a refund.
|
|
|
However, if used, the pass will be non-refundable.

|
Cancellation Policy
|
20% of your total amount will be charged for cancellation after the exchange order is issued.
|
|
|
And must bring Exchange Order back to H.I.S. for refund within 1 years after purchase.
