【What is it?】
Moonlight Party is the traditional event on August 15th in Old Style Calendar (at the middle of September in new one), which we prepare the special rice dumpling and silver grass and place them close to the window. Autumn is the season for well harvesting time in Japan, so originally this Moonlight party has the meaning of praying the rich harvest of its year. But now its style is mainly enjoying it individually. How about spending the long autumn night in Japan with the bright moon?

【Moon Viewing Dishes】
It does not always mean the dishes in viewing the moon. It is the dish with the yolk, which look alike for the full moon: Udon noodle or Soba noodle with raw egg, or hamburger with sunny side egg.
