Yakisoba is an authentic Japanese fried noodle dish, normally served with pork and vegetables and seasoned with special sauce.

Yakisoba is a typical dish in Japanese households. You can even find "make-your-own Yakisoba kit" in supermarkets.

"Yakisoba" is completely different from Soba eaten with dip sauce. Soba noodle is made with buckwheat flour and is needed to put into the boiled water, on the other hand, Yakisoba noodle is Chinese one and it is to be steamed and to be fried.

You can buy and eat Yakisoba at the street booth during the festival, at the service area of highway, at the food court in the department store, in the sports stadium or in the fair stadium.
