Air Ticket Change and Cancellation Policy (for Smartbooking)

  • In case of change and cancellation, please change/cancel at “My page” of this website or inform to our office within business hour.
  • The cancellation date is counted from one day before the check in date.
  • In case of cancellation due to non-contact, there might be charged separately from the airline.
  • If the ticket price is less than the above-mentioned cancellation fee, the cancellation fee will be a full charge of its the air ticket price.
  • Please check conditions and required documents due to entry and departure from/to each countries by yourself.
  • If there is refund to customers, we will refund amount withhold cancellation fee which mentioned above from paid amount.
  • We accept the refund 1)at counter of our office 2)by transferring to customer’s bank account only.
  • In case of refund at counter, we only accept the refund to the identical person who will board the flight (please bring non-used ticket and receipt)
  • The case of cancellation after booking, we are unable to refund the service charge when you pay by credit cards.
  • In case of cancellation caused by customers condition, the customer must pay fee which goes with refundment.
  • If the customer own official passport, please inform us when you make a reservation.

Refund conditions after ticketing (if it is different from the above specifications)

  • After issuing thicket: Refund - Not allowed
  • Cancellation fee (in case different from the above cancellation fee)
  • In case of refund amount is confirmed after finishing to adjust an account with airline. (*It may take 3-6 months for refund)
  • Changes made by the following reasons, please cancel the booking and make a new reservation.

    [Change or correction of passenger name(spell). Or in case there is no vacant seat of same class in travel dates after request of change.]
